Plots for Sale in Maai Mahiu

These 50×100 plots for sale sit in Maai Mahiu, Nakuru County — just 200 metres off the Narok–Mai Mahiu Road and about 3 km from Maai Mahiu town. They are ideal for residential use, with several residential developments nearby and NAIVAWASCO water about 200 metres away. Each plot is rectangular, relatively flat and a few metres from the tarmac. With many stone quarries in the neighbourhood and sand available locally in Maai Mahiu, building costs are low — making this a great spot to put up low-cost flats.
